Dil Diya Dard Liya is and Indian movie released in 1966 and directed by Dilip Kumar & Abdul Rashid Kardar with lead actors Dilip Kumar (Rajasahab/Shankar), Waheeda Rehman (Roopa), Pran (Thakur Ramesh), Rehman (Satish) and Shayam (Mala). The movie is of a family wherein kind hearted landlord Thakur, his son Ramesh, daughter Roopa and adopted child Shankar living together. However, Ramesh hates Shankar and beats him often but Roopa is in love with Shankar. The story tells on how Shankar and Roopa fought for their love with Ramesh till the end.
