Anjali Kumar was born in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. After completing her post-graduation, she worked as an educator. She has done a course in Fine Arts from Triveni Kala Sangam. She is equally adept at using different media. Her recent works have been close-up or large scale still life paintings of flowers. She has participated in more than 30 groupart exhibitions held at reputed galleries all over India. Her workshave been displayed at Rashtrapati Bhawan. Creating art is something she has always enjoyed and considers herself to be fortunate to be able to pursue it. Elephants, the largest land animal on the planet, are among the most exuberantly expressive of creatures.
